Beginning tomorrow, I am taking the 60-Day Summer Hydration Challenge sponsored by NoFizz Charlotte. I think it is a great idea, and I’m excited about the extra motivation for me to drink the water I’m already supposed to be consuming. I’ve been cheating a little too much though, in the fact that I’ve been counting my coffee, diet sodas, crystal light, and other sugar free drinks as water. That wouldn’t be so bad except that those have become the main staple for me, and about the only time I’ve been drinking plain water lately is when I’m at the gym. And that’s just not enough.
